What Data is Available?

The main Landing Page gives you a high-level view of the number of Projects included in each Zone in BRAINCommons, along with some metrics about their key attributes, such as Primary Diagnosis, Data Types, Top Clinical Assessments etc.

Important!

Some fields have a value of "no data", which means the field was left blank at the time of submission. For fields that have a value of "Not Assigned" or "Not Available", this value was included in the list of enumerated values and the field was not left blank at the time of submission.

If you would like to find out more about each Project, you can do so by visiting the "Project Gallery" page.

Note

Projects that your are not authorized to use show up with a red padlock. You are still able to read about their key properties, but you will need to request access to the relevant Zone or Project before you can use or download their data for analysis.
